Age Eligibility and Guardian Consent Policy

1. Booking age

Only persons aged 18 or over may open an account and conclude a distance contract for travel, accommodation, or a group festival trip on xesnorix.com. Buyers receive full seller details before ordering, as required by Закон України «Про електронну комерцію» від 03.09.2015 № 675-VIII.

2. Travellers under 18

A traveller aged 14–17 may travel only if a parent or legal guardian books for them or signs the written consent we send before payment, accepting the itinerary, age-restricted elements and supervision duties. Children under 14 are accepted only on family packages with an adult guardian. Fair terms apply under Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» від 10.06.2023 № 3153-IX.

3. Age-restricted activities

Festival and evening events marked 18+ admit only guests whose age can be verified; alcohol is served only to guests aged 18+. Minors must stay in designated areas with a supervising adult. Offers are truthful under Закон України «Про рекламу» від 03.07.1996 № 270/96-ВР. If tour operator services are sold, licence details are displayed per Закон України «Про туризм» від 15.09.1995 № 324/95-ВР and Закон України «Про ліцензування видів господарської діяльності» від 02.03.2015 № 222-VIII.

4. Data, cookies, complaints

Consent forms are processed under Закон України «Про захист персональних даних» від 01.06.2010 № 2297-VI; non-essential cookies need prior consent under Закон України «Про електронні комунікації» від 16.12.2020 № 1089-IX. Complaints may go to us, the courts, or the Державна служба України з питань безпечності харчових продуктів та захисту споживачів.
