Every departure runs on a fixed itinerary

The board below is not a wishlist. Each row is a departure with booked transport, a set number of nights, and a coordinator travelling with the group. You choose the row that fits your month and group size, then pay your own share.

What fixed means

  • TransportOutbound and return legs are booked as one block. Times are printed on each row and do not move once the group holds seats.
  • StayNights, room type, and distance to the venue are listed per trip, so you can compare like for like.
  • CoordinatorOne coordinator per group handles check-in, meeting points, and the return transfer. Their share is included in the per-person price.
  • Not includedTravel insurance and payment processing are excluded and shown separately on every trip row.

Status labels

Open
Seats are available at the listed price. Book when your group is ready.
Deposit hold
A deposit keeps your seats while the rest of the group confirms. Nothing else is reserved until the balance is paid.
Closed
Transport or beds are gone. The row stays visible so you can check the numbers and pick another date.

Status labels are factual only. There are no countdowns, no timers, and no pressure copy on this site.

Each row is return transport, a camp or hostel bed, and a coordinator who travels with the group. These trips are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the festival.

Booking steps and payment terms

Five steps from deposit to departure. The per-person total is 400 EUR, split as a 60 EUR deposit and a 340 EUR balance.

    Reserve your place

    Pay the 60 EUR deposit by card or bank transfer. We hold the place for 14 days while the group fills.

  2. 02

    Confirm the group

    Groups run with 6 to 12 travellers. Once the minimum is met we book transport and beds, then send you the balance due date.

  3. 03

    Send your documents

    A passport or national ID valid for six months past the return date, plus your date of birth for age eligibility. Under 18 requires the guardian consent form.

  4. 04

    Watch the cancellation window

    Cancel more than 30 days before departure and the deposit is refunded in full. Between 30 and 14 days the deposit is retained. After 14 days the balance is not refundable. Read the cancellation and refund policy.
