What the trip covers

We run timetable group trips to European music festivals. The per-person price covers return transport, camp or hostel nights, and a coordinator who travels with the group. Travel insurance, meals outside the stay, and document fees are your own cost. xesnorix.com is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or acting as an agent of any festival, promoter, venue, or artist.

Travel and the stay

Carriers and hosts may change a departure time, refuse a booking, or close a bed for capacity, safety, health, or conduct reasons, or if a departure is cancelled. Visas and travel documents are your responsibility. Travel insurance covering medical costs, cancellation, and delay is recommended. Tour operators are licensed, per Закон України «Про туризм» від 15.09.1995 № 324/95-ВР and Закон України «Про ліцензування видів господарської діяльності» від 02.03.2015 № 222-VIII.

Consumer rights and redress

Before any distance contract we provide full identification and registration details under Закон України «Про електронну комерцію» від 03.09.2015 № 675-VIII. Pre-contract information, fair terms and remedies are protected by Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» від 10.06.2023 № 3153-IX; advertising is truthful under Закон України «Про рекламу» від 03.07.1996 № 270/96-ВР. Redress is available in courts or via the Державна служба України з питань безпечності харчових продуктів та захисту споживачів.

Data and cookies

Personal data is processed lawfully with a clear notice under Закон України «Про захист персональних даних» від 01.06.2010 № 2297-VI. Cookies need prior informed consent, except strictly necessary technical storage, under Закон України «Про електронні комунікації» від 16.12.2020 № 1089-IX.
