The total price at checkout includes all mandatory fees and taxes. Optional extras are shown before confirmation. No hidden charges.

4. Travel Agency Licensing

We operate as a licensed travel agency where required. Tour operator activity is licensed under the Law of Ukraine “On Tourism” and the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Types of Economic Activity”.

5. Transport Safety

We use transport providers that meet Ukrainian safety rules. You must follow safety instructions.

6. Liability

We are not liable for indirect losses. Our liability is limited to the amount paid, except where law provides otherwise.

7. Website Use

Do not misuse the site, introduce viruses, or attempt unauthorized access. We may suspend access for violations.
